The printer works as before with the newly created print queue, like printing on both sides. I did another reboot and the above error didn't appear again. I ran File Explorer to look at that folder and also got an "Access Denied." It asked if I wanted to change permissions to allow access which I did. The "vjs" is the original Administrator account I used to do the printer install. The install did seem to complete successfully but when I rebooted I got the above error during the reboot. This time it didn't fail as it did before but when it got to configuring the printer I got this dialog box a few times: ![]() I continued with the instructions and created a new Administrator account and used it to run the full install for the printer.
